As a Supervisor, Administration you will be responsible for the following:

+ Responsible for cost effective travel and transport arrangements (Buses, Cars etc) within the Company including any requirements or changes etc. requested by visitors to Plant (Entity, Customers etc.).
+ Meet regularly with representatives from Travel Agency to discuss costs, service, etc. with a view to achieving maximum benefits on overall travel.
+ General administration of Canteen along with canteen committee and monitor costs to control and minimize the same. Ensure that canteen facility and caterer complies with all mandatory requirements under Food Acts and the Health, Hygiene and Safety Regulations relative to the preparation and provision of food. Facilitate customer meals etc. as required.
