What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• You will be part of the Reliability and Maintenance Service Supervision team, responsible for maintaining and repairing engine parts production equipment.
• Manage employees in a unionized environment.
• Ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assign work priorities.
• Act as a resource person for the department.
• Apply the rules of the collective agreement.
• Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) that enable the department's continuous improvement.
• Act as a prevention officer and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
