We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple commercial interior construction projects across Long Island. This role involves managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope. The projects primarily consist of retail and medical fit-outs, including interior demolition, MEP coordination, framing, drywall, and HVAC installation.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple concurrent projects.

+ Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.

+ Ensure all work is completed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

+ Conduct and document daily field reports using project software (Autodesk).
