Superintendent – Mixed-Use Concrete Tower Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with Project Manager and regularly communicate updates such as field reports, safety inspections, staffing requirements and schedule updates. Oversee subcontractor performance with regards to safety and scope of work. Ensure sufficient staffing is provided to achieve safety, schedule and quality objectives.

Identify and advise of design deficiencies, schedule interruptions or difficulties, and other project issues. Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions and change notices to ensure scopes, terms and conditions are properly executed. Supervise and direct trades and laborers through regular instruction, communication and feedback.

Support CSO and head office in ensuring all employees, subcontractors and contractors are adhering to the safety policies.
