Superintendent, Tenant Improvements / ICI | General Contractor | Vancouver | Outpost Recruitment

Medium sized General Contractor seeking a Superintendent to focus on tenant improvements of ICI buildings in Vancouver. Salary range is $90,000 – $110,000. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.

Tasks and Responsibility of Superintendent:

General Site Operations:

• Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on site
• Superintendent will be a self-starter and able to work off their own initiative.
• Good ability to manage schedules, costs, pre-construction, subcontractors and invoicing.
• Great opportunity for someone to be an integral part of a growing company and make a great position for themselves in a busy market, with the ability to make good money along the way.
• Maintain job site diary/daily log and prepare a record of the workday daily, including inspections (track them in Procore)
