PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO LOCAL CANDIDATES, BUT PER DIEM AND LODGING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANDIDATES WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME TO SUPPORT PROJECTS.
