Position Outline

• A solid background in all aspects of retail finish-out including new store construction, major store remodels and open-store phased remodels.
• A comprehensive understanding of floor plans, and similar construction drawings as they apply to layout of walls, placement of openings, electrical and plumbing, retail fixtures, dimensions, and placement of signage.
• Duties include the supervision of subcontractors in all finish-out trades in completing store locations.
• Jobs often require daytime or nighttime supervision of tradesmen as well as the scheduling and receipt of materials overnight through the mall.
• Previous experience with carpentry, fixture installation and general commercial remodeling is necessary.
