+ Schedule over 20 subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely project completion.

+ Ensure subcontractors comply with their scope of work and address any deficiencies identified by the project team.

+ Lead subcontractor and preconstruction meetings to coordinate work effectively.

+ Conduct quality control checks on the performed work.

+ Identify and resolve conflicts and issues in the construction process, communicating with the project team.
