Description

Comunilife Inc is looking for an experienced Superintendent for its new congregate site in the Bronx, El Hogar. Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, and direction of the VP of Real Estate, the Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance of the newly constructed building. This employee must be available for emergencies. The superintendent provides maintenance and total care of the apartment buildings in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and City laws, building code, and regulations. The Super is responsible for building maintenance, overall apartment readiness for inspections and activities related to maintaining the building in a clean and safe environment.
