JOB TITLE:             SUPERINTENDENT

LOCATION:           BRONX, NY

COMPENSATION:  $25.00 -$ 27.00(hourly)

SUMMARY:  Responsible for general upkeep and overall maintenance of the property and building systems.  Reports to General Supervisor. Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations required.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

+ Position requires that Superintendent reside at location. Apartment provided is a 2 bedroom unit.

+ Assess maintenance needs of property & communicates directly to supervisor of property condition.

+ Supervises building systems.

+ Respond in a timely manner to emergencies and to tenant concerns, including weekends.

+ Document tenant damage and reports incident to supervisor.

+ Perform light electrical work on items such as appliances, switches, ...
