We are looking for a structured and proactive

Summer Trainee, Junior Coordinator, Modernization

to support internal communication, knowledge structuring, and data governance initiatives across multiple digital and transformation programs.

This role sits at the intersection of communication, master data quality, and portfolio transparency. You will work closely with stakeholders across business units to ensure information flows clearly, knowledge is structured sustainably, and data foundations remain reliable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year bachelor’s student or recent graduate seeking hands-on exposure to communication, digital transformation and governance practices. The internship is four months paid full-time work starting in spring. The start date can be agreed mutually to suit your studies and preference. This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.
