Summer Residence Advisor

Your Role

EF (Education First) Brighton International Language Campus is looking for responsible and culturally intelligent Residence Advisors to join our team for summer 2026. 

In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming and secure environment where international students feel at home, supported and part of a vibrant community throughout their studies.

Position Details:

- Zero-hour contract

- Typically 10-25 hours per week, with possibility of more hours during peak weeks and holidays

- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends 

- May 2026 start date

- Potential for full-time employment post summer

- Live-in arrangement can be discussed
