**What's the Job?**

+ Assist with preparation for buffet style meals for 15-300 guests, including soups, entrees, vegetables, and starches.
+ Help prepare breakfast items, including eggs and scratch hollandaise sauce, for buffet and to-order service.
+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
