Summer job in Customer Service- Helsinki, Vantaa or Espoo branch

Job Description
As a summer trainee in customer service, you will deliver excellent customer experience and gain new insights into the daily banking services for personal customers. Your workdays will involve handling a variety of topics, such as online banking, payment cards, or accounts, while responding to customers' needs. This is an interesting and educational summer job where you will strengthen your customer service and problem-solving skills.
In a branch, you will assist customers with their daily banking and cash service needs face-to-face, and via telephone or messages.
Your primary workplace will be in Helsinki, Vantaa or Espoo. You will work in the office from Monday to Friday during summer holiday period, May-September 2026.
