Summer job in Centralized Customer Service

Job Description
As a summer trainee in customer service, you will deliver excellent customer experience and gain new insights into the daily banking services for personal customers. Your workdays will involve handling a variety of topics, such as online banking, payment cards, or accounts, while responding to customers' needs. This is an interesting and educational summer job where you will strengthen your customer service and problem-solving skills.
In Centralized Customer Service, you will assist customers with their daily banking needs via telephone and other remote channels. Depending on the need, you may also work at our local branches, where you will meet customers face-to-face.
Your primary workplace will be in Pasila, Helsinki. You will work in the office from Monday to Friday during the summer holiday period, May-September 2026.
