Your main responsibilities
Internship Programme
Schindler Internship Programme provides you with broad exposure and understanding to Schindler business through on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching.
During the 8-week programme from July to August 2026, you will be introduced to the following journey:
Operations Exposure
Attachment to one of the departments, such as Existing Installation, Modernization, New Installation and Technical & Field Support, with opportunities to learn about Schindler business, technical processes, latest product knowledge & technology, safety training and site exposure.
Career Tips Regular catch-up with HR and immediate supervisor with one-on-one career advice and counselling
Interns with great potential to join our Field Engineer Development Programme (FEDP) will be offered a fast-track ticket to join our assessment centre of FEDP.
