Job Description: Summer Group Leader

Department: Adventures Program

Work Schedule: Tentative camp dates: June 2nd - July 27th. Subject to change based on MISD School Calendar for the school year

Hours: Approximately 8:30am-4:30pm (typically 8 hours per day), Monday - Friday

Position Summary/Duties:

• Directly supervise a group of children.
• Conduct activities and character development practices with children according to the program schedule.
• Ensure children's safety, manage children's behavior and act as a role model and mentor.
• Ensure maintenance and appropriate use of all building facilities, resources, supplies and equipment with care and pride; including organization, cleanliness and daily set-up/take-down of the program area.
