Summer Activity Leader

EF (Education First) Isle of Wight Summer School is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leaders for summer 2026.

Positions are full‑time, 6 days a week, and available between June and August 2026, with a minimum one‑month commitment. Accommodation and full board are provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of international students on activities, events, ceremonies, and day trips.
• Create a lively atmosphere throughout the site and during excursions while delivering excellent customer service.
• Help students break cultural barriers and build friendships by facilitating activities that encourage them to speak English and share their cultures.
• Take responsibility for the health, safety, and well‑being of all students, completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency procedures in line with EF policy.
