• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central (EC) and LMS Design, develop, and manage API-based integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party HR, payroll, or business systems using OData APIs, SFAPI, and Integration Center.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications aligned with HR best practices
• Configure and maintain LMS modules including course catalogues, curricula, learning assignments, compliance training, and reporting.
