WEL Networks in Hamilton, NZ, seeks an experienced leader to oversee day-to-day substation services, planning, commissioning, maintenance and fault response. You will supervise staff, ensure safe, efficient delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across operations and dispatch.
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Substations/Utilities, you’ll drive planning, prioritisation and capability development, while maintaining high safety and service standards in a busy environment.
