You will lead and drive subcontractor performance in the field, ensuring that all substation construction activities meet safety, quality, reporting, and schedule requirements. The position focuses heavily on quality control, construction management, and rigorous reporting for electrical distribution and power delivery projects, with strong potential for continued work on future utility and data center substation projects.
