Job Title: Project Manager IIJob Description
This role involves leading power construction projects from initiation through closeout, focusing on transmission, substation, and utility-related projects. The Project Manager II will have end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Initiate, plan, execute, control, and evaluate power construction projects.

+ Manage day-to-day construction activities in partnership with a Construction Manager, including budgeting, scheduling, progress tracking, forecasting, and KPI-based decision-making.

+ Develop project work plans, define scope, objectives, and evaluation criteria.

+ Manage project construction schedules using Primavera.

+ Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to support project timelines.

+ Lead weekly manpower and equipment planning meetings.
