About the Role:
The Subregional Project Controls Manager (m/f/d) will oversee all aspects of cost and commercial management, schedule and risk controls, and financial reporting for data centre construction projects within their region.
You will act as a technical leader in project controls, ensuring full compliance with DLR’s governance framework while optimizing capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) to achieve the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: 
Lead all aspects of cost control and commercial management across multiple data centre construction projects.
Partner with Construction Delivery teams to apply schedule and risk management standards across your subregion.
Manage project budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost reporting in line with DE&C Budget Tracking Template and Construction Accounting...
