**Job Description**
The Electronic Attack Solutions (ECS) product line is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Subcontract Administrator to join our team. This role has the responsibility for all phases of subcontract execution and supplier performance through the coordination, negotiation, and management of highly complex proposals and subcontracts under minimal supervision.

Candidate shall possess comprehensive knowledge of business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, and federal DOD regulations while being able to work to work independently as well as manage cross functional program teams on all subcontract related issues; multi-tasking is crucial for success. Must be able to assess, prioritize, and drive issues to closure while exercising discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
