Job summary Builds EHE response with the Meta functions on project schedule, project budget (value & workforce), proto/means needs, BOM and proposed organization (OBS) for EHE scope to achieve project targets. Commits for EHE to the project on quality, performance, timing, and cost targets (including outsourcing, Serial life tool), through an engineering plan agreed by both parties.
