Responsibilities

• Sales + service (target of 350k sales - inbound calls) for specialized markets.
• No cold calling. Well‑distributed incoming calls in ACD format.
• You have your own client module.

Requirements

• 3 years as a broker, including 1 year in substandard.
• AMF and AEC certifications.
• Bilingual – French and English.
• Experience with insurers: Pafco, Echelon, Morin Elliot, Universelles, Optimum, April, South Western.
• Proficient with EPIC+ and Expert Rates systems.

Compensation

Commission on new business plus bonus.
