Sub Agent

Carmichael are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join the team working on HS2 based in Chipping Warden.

Qualifications

• Ideally has Tier-1 experience – understanding the level of processes and quality needs
• Ideally has had both Self-delivery experience and Sub-contract management experience
• Have experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Completing the Self delivery and Quality handover of the Portal building and Under-Track Crossing works
• Install of large PCC chambers, Backfill, In-situ concrete, ducting Backfill.
• Assist in management of the Building Subcontracts which include –Firemain, Steelwork, Blockwork, External finishing works, M&E fit-out – and any Handover.
