JOB SUMMARY: Oversee daily study periods for our 8th and 9th-grade students. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a quiet, productive, and respectful academic environment that helps students focus on homework, projects, and independent reading.



Key Responsibilities:
+ Academic Environment: Maintain a quiet, orderly classroom atmosphere conducive to focused, independent study.
+ Student Engagement: Monitor students to ensure they are working on missing or incomplete school assignments.
+ Attendance & Administration: Take and record accurate daily attendance, managing passes and sign-out logs according to school policy.
+ Behavior Management: Consistently enforce school behavior standards and classroom rules with fairness and a supportive attitude.
