Studio Operations Associate - Bogotá

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with our internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met
• Coordinate the internal delivery team to maintain resource allocation in the best efficiency possible and oversee quality standards are met
• Partner closely with the Studio Operations Lead and Content Delivery Managers to understand asset demand and prioritization
• In partnership with Content Delivery Managers, manage the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content production which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
• Work collaboratively with both internal AZ teams and external partners located around the globe supporting the execution of production requests
