Position Overview


We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Studio Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals while driving studio growth through exceptional customer service and sales performance.


The Studio Leader is directly responsible for generating sales revenue, creating an outstanding client experience, and supporting daily studio operations. This individual will work closely with our Stretch Practitioners to optimize scheduling, promote services, and build strong relationships within the local community. Upon successful completion of certification, the Studio Leader will also be expected to provide assisted stretching sessions to members as needed, helping support client outcomes and studio operations.
