The Studio Lead is a dynamic leader responsible for guiding the day-to-day operations of the studio, supporting Interior Designers and Operations Assistants, and ensuring an exceptional, client-focused experience. This individual partners with the Director, Design Studios to drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and uphold Arhaus’ premium brand standards.
