Studio Director for RunReady

Lead the RunReady team as a Studio Director, focused on clinical excellence and client engagement. This role can be part-time or full-time, ensuring the delivery of premier movement health services.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary clinic that promotes healthy running practices. You are responsible for managing all clinic operations, mentoring clinicians, and driving exceptional client experiences. Your leadership will directly influence business goals and team development, contributing to both client outcomes and the growth of the RunReady brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinic operations for optimal client care
• Maintain a clinical caseload of ~19+ hours per week
• Mentor and provide performance evaluations for clinicians
• Foster strong community and referral relationships
• Develop quarterly action plans for clinic growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in private practice
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
