With 11 years of expertise and a multidisciplinary studio, we are now seeking an experienced Studio Design Manager to lead the design execution engine of Spinomenal’s game studio. 

This role owns execution quality, team leadership, workflows, and delivery predictability across multiple design disciplines, including Game Design, Sound Design, Marketing Graphic Design, and UX/UI. The focus of the role is scaling quality through structure, standards, and strong people leadership. 

The Studio Design Manager works in close collaboration with Product and the Game Design Principal, translating creative benchmarks and product priorities into reliable, high-quality execution across the game portfolio. ...
