Key goal

Manage and grow the art department spread across several projects with different identities and requirements. By defining the team training and development strategy, evaluating performances, creating a common vision and quality standards across teams, and participating in the recruitment activities.

What it means on a daily basis

1. People management

• Identify people’s abilities and weaknesses and assign the proper resources to the projects based on its needs and requirements
• Prepare training and sharing plans within the department
• Handle artists’ performance evaluations and objective settings
• Handle new artist resources recruitment
