• Be part of the school's counselling team to provide one-to-one counselling and coaching support for students' social, emotional and mental well-being.
• Support the school's student management and counselling team in strengthening restorative practices and student support.
• Conduct group and individual intervention programmes for students with additional needs in targeted support areas, including learning motivation and engagement, cyber wellness, peer relationships and social skills, and emotional regulation and behaviour across relevant primary levels as directed by the school.
