Student Support Assistant (Sembawang)

Looking for a responsible and caring Student Support Assistant (Discipline) to support the Student Development Team in maintaining a safe and positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during patrols, detention, reflection sessions, and community service.
• Support student behaviour management and incident handling.
• Assist in preliminary fact-finding and maintain relevant records.
• Support school events and student development programmes.
• Build positive relationships with students while maintaining firm and professional boundaries.
• Perform other duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 GCE 'O' Level passes (including English) or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
