Student Services Frontline Coordinator

Job Details:

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 830am-530pm, Saturday half day 9am - 1pm
• Location: Clementi
• Contract (potential to convert to perm)
• Salary Range : UP $4,200

The main duties of this role are similar to a call centre/front-facing position, handling enquiries and providing support to students

Job Scope:

• Support daily operations (front facing customer service, replying email, handle phone calls) to ensure smooth delivery of student services
• Handle student enquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance
• Perform duties in line with team objectives and service standards
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions
• Ensure all student interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
