Student - Facilities & Grounds Student Worker

This Position will Begin Fall 2026 Semester Occupational Summary:

• The Facilities & Grounds Student Worker assists the Facilities Department with campus grounds, general maintenance support, event setup, and seasonal operational tasks to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment.


• Work Performed Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of campus sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, landscaped areas, and outdoor gathering spaces.
• Support Facilities staff with basic non-technical maintenance and repair tasks under supervision.
• Assist with furniture moving, office relocations, event setup/teardown, and room reconfigurations across campus.
• Assist with painting preparation, patching, hanging boards or pictures, replacing ceiling tiles, and other general facility support tasks.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, storage areas, tools, and equipment.
