Student Experience Advisor

Central Bristol – £14.19 per hour.

Shift Pattern

Full‑time rotating shifts: 7 am–3 pm or 2 pm–10 pm, 5 days on/2 days off, including weekends. Immediate start with an expected commitment until July or September.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries.
• Carrying out regular building patrols.
• Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures.
• Meeting and greeting students, visitors and contractors.
• Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Providing excellent front‑of‑house customer service.
• Supporting the onsite team with day‑to‑day operations.
