Student Engagement Mentor

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and motivated Student Engagement Mentors to support secondary aged pupils who are currently unable to access mainstream education due to additional emotional, social, behavioural, or medical needs.

This rewarding role focuses on helping pupils successfully re-engage with education through personalised mentoring, pastoral support, and collaborative working with families, schools, and external professionals. Support may take place in a variety of settings including schools, homes and alternative learning environments. You will play a key role in helping young people overcome barriers to learning, improve attendance and engagement, and achieve positive outcomes.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance are essential for this role.
