We are seeking a Student Development Champion (SDC) to join oursuccessful academy as part of our dedicated and hardworking pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.

Salary Range: Band 4 FTE£31,176 - £34,469. Actual starting salary £10,400 with performance based annual increments

Working Hours: 2 days per week, 08:00-16:00 Monday and Tuesday

Working Weeks: 39 Weeks (Term Time) and Parent/Open Evening as required
