About the Role

The Student Counsellor at Pragyanam School will play a key role in supporting students‘ social, emotional, academic, and career development. The counsellor will create a safe, supportive environment where students can seek guidance, receive counselling, and be empowered to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:-

• You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.
• Conduct assessments to identify client issues and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to address students‘ emotional and social needs, ensuring a safe space for expression.
