Fledglings is an interactive learning platform that helps 16–24 year olds build the confidence, skills, and mindset to thrive in work and life. Designed with education experts alongside recent school leavers, apprentices, and students, our resources are practical, relatable, and focused on real outcomes. Guided by four principles: Youth, Engagement, Accessibility, and Impact, Fledglings is recognised as an Innovative Social Enterprise backed by Aston University and is confirmed for the main stage at Bett 2027. We work with educators, employers, and partners who share our commitment to better outcomes in education.

Role Description

As a Student Ambassador, you will be the bridge between Fledglings and your student community, helping us understand what learners actually need and bringing the student perspective into how the platform develops.
