Role Overview

You will be working as part of a student experience team, providing high‑quality, student‑centric advice to undergraduate students to help them succeed at Otago.

Responsibilities

• Providing holistic student‑centric advice to help students meet their goals and aspirations while at the University of Otago.
• Providing accurate course advice and guidance that complies with all regulations.
• Helping students with information regarding the opportunities and support available such as the Career Development Centre, Disability Information and Support, International Student Support Pacfic Island Centre, Te Huka Mātauraka, etc.
• Working closely with teams across Student Experience, the Academic Division, academic staff and the wider university to provide early‑stage targeted advice and assistance to a variety of students.
