Position Summary
Fanshawe College’s Student Accountability & Investigations Specialist works under the Manager of Student Accountability to maintain a safe, respectful campus environment by addressing non‑academic student misconduct and supporting restorative practices. This is a full‑time (37.5h/w) hybrid role based in London, Ontario with weekly on‑campus presence. Salary range: $80,478 – $120,360CAD.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct impartial investigations of non‑academic student misconduct, including case assessment, evidence collection, interviews with complainants, respondents and witnesses, and report preparation.
- Apply relevant policies and legislation (Student Code of Conduct, FIPPA, sexual violence, human rights, etc.) to determine jurisdiction and investigative steps.
