**Location:** Hartford, CT
**Job Type:** Full-Time Contract
**Pay:** $35–$42/hr

**Summary:**
Seeking an experienced Structures Technician to troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and modify aircraft structures. Responsibilities include sheet metal repairs, composite work, component removal/installation, hidden damage inspections, and documentation in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum 2 years of structural sheet metal/aircraft repair experience
+ Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals
+ Own basic hand tools
+ Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
+ Able to obtain GSE qualifications and SIDA badge (if required)
+ A, A&P, or Repairman Certificate preferred
+ Basic computer skills

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
