**Responsibilities**

+ Deal in a complex financial market by applying market expertise and knowledge and by leading and managing a treasury/trading team. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring they remain satisfied and loyal to the organization.
+ Manage a medium-sized financial product development or specialist team and/or manage the definition, development, and delivery of significant financial products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
+ Oversee a complex area or set of projects, guiding the financial risk management activities of a business unit, strengthening the organization's overall risk posture.
+ Manage a highly complex and impactful data analysis function and interpret policy changes aimed at reaching business goals.
