You have done an internship in IB or in structured products.
You speak fluently English.

Education in Financial Engineering ideally (Master's degree) with 1-2 relevant internships (Investment Banking, Structured Products, or related environment)
Good understanding of financial markets and structured products
Strong motivation to grow in this niche and technical field
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
