Structured Financing Lawyer (F/H)

Job Description

You will join the Trade team of the Legal Financing Department at Natixis, responsible for supporting the business dedicated to:

Payment services in France and abroad, electronic money, open banking, Fintech (including payment solutions, payment channels, transfers, remittances, direct debit, correspondent banking, clearing, open banking, relationships with fintechs, ancillary services subscribed to or offered by the bank in the field of payment services);

Cash management (liquidity management) and investments (including account management, cash centralization, investment accounts, deposits, financial instruments accounts, etc.);

Digital customer solutions developed by the Digital Customer Solutions department of Global Trade, notably platforms, ancillary services, and crypto-assets.
