Structure Engineer

• Develop implement and maintain QA/QC procedures Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists for structural and road‑related works in compliance with RTA specifications contract documents and international standards.
• Supervise monitor and evaluate the performance of structural and road inspectors ensuring inspections are conducted as per approved ITPs and quality requirements.
• Review and approve shop drawings method statements and material submittals for bridges underpasses culverts retaining walls shoring systems road structures and ancillary highway structures.
• Ensure compliance of road‑related structural works including pavements (rigid) concrete barriers parapets crash barriers sign gantries lighting foundations and noise barrier foundations.
• Coordinate and inspect foundation and substructure works such as piling pile caps abutments piers wing walls box culverts and utility protection structures.
